1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NewslettersMaker AI (newslettersmaker.com), you enter into a legally binding contract with NewslettersMaker Labs. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Strict Anti-Spam & Deliverability Policy
NewslettersMaker AI enforces a zero-tolerance policy against unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). All users must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR guidelines:
- All recipient contacts must be verified opt-in subscribers. Purchasing or scraping recipient lists is strictly prohibited.
- Every outgoing newsletter must contain a valid physical postal address and a functional, 1-click unsubscribe mechanism.
- Accounts generating hard bounce rates in excess of 5% or complaint rates above 0.1% are subject to immediate suspension.
3. Intellectual Property & AI Outputs
You retain 100% full commercial ownership and copyright over all templates, newsletters, marketing copy, and generated assets produced using NewslettersMaker AI. We claim zero proprietary stake in your email content.
