- Account Information: Account identifiers and authentication state managed securely via Firebase Authentication.
- Campaign Content & Templates: HTML templates, imagery links, subject lines, and markdown drafts created within your workspaces.
- Subscriber Lists & Contacts: Contact lists uploaded for broadcast dispatch. Subscriber emails are stored strictly within user-scoped, encrypted partitions and never shared, sold, or aggregated.
- SMTP & API Credentials: Custom SMTP passwords and API sending keys (e.g. Maileroo, SendGrid, Amazon SES) are processed via secure memory dispatch. Custom credentials are never logged or exposed.
3. Zero-Retention Relay Architecture
When dispatching via our enterprise infrastructure (NewslettersMaker Labs Relays), transactional payload transmission executes ephemerally over Port 443 HTTPS. Campaign dispatch logs retain only deliverability status codes, bounce classifications, and delivery timestamps required for deliverability reporting.
